Delphine Baise founded Spring Yellow in 2023 with the intention of fertilising her expertise by creating added value for and with others.

Optimistic and curious, she loves to generate enthusiasm and unite people around ambitious projects. She remains true to her values, which are based on respect, benevolence and authenticity.

She always strives to generate measurable impact, even under the stress of change or multiple contacts. She is passionate about co-creating, structuring and producing as part of a team. Very open to feedback, she is constantly evolving in inspiring environments. She loves diversity and hopes to contribute to meaningful projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in Communication from IHECS (1998), is married and lives in Brabant Wallon with her wonderful family.
